Hello everyone,

I'm 27 years old and live about 20 minutes outside downtown St. Louis in a growing college town in Edwardsville, Illinois.

I'm a full-time real estate investor that recently switched from solely buying, rehabbing and re-selling single family properties in the area to now being at a point where I have started a new company called Cre8ive Options Group, Inc., that I started to help homeowners sell their own homes creatively that otherwise may have become burdensome by being on the market for extended periods of time.  Not only do I help these people sell creatively, I show them exactly how to do it so that they may continue to do so if they chose in the future.  I also mentor, partner and develop a step-by-step process for creating financial freedom using real estate as a tool to get out of the “rat race” and bring about that entrepreneurial drive that many have but few are willing to travel down because of fear of failure, etc.  I find this endeavor to be so much more rewarding than just being a real estate investor.  I'm helping people break down the walls they've conditioned for themselves around them over time and showing them that there is so much more out there than just working a 9 to 5.  In addition, I incorporate using the Law of Attraction to work for you and give a sense that life is full of abundance and prosperity if you choose to open yourself up to it. 

I guess like my title says, I'm a spiritual entrepreneur.  I have entered into this endeavor led by my spirituality and I feel completely rewarded by it.  I'm gaining true wealth in life and I'm not talking just financially. 

Other than that I have a website that is currently in production that is slated to launch this year (2007), which is callled www.JustSayNoForeclosure.com which is a nationwide preforeclosure/loss-mitigation/shortsales website providing assistance to homeowners that are in preforeclosure the ability to stay in their homes.

I have a purpose in life.  I wish to assist others in “getting out of the rat race” and getting them to think for themselves and think “outside the box”.  We've been trained since early childhood to go to school, get a degree, find a great company to work for for 35 years and retire.  I'm sorry, but that sounds horrible!  Our education system is set up to what I would equate to a production line, steadily churning out good little worker bees to keep the system going.  There is another way, and I want to surround myself with those that have already or are willing to step outside of the norm, take action and create things for themselves.

My other purpose in life is to create foundations for abused, abandoned, neglected, under-privileged children to better their lives in any way I can. 

I have no interest in being “normal”.  I choose to live life to it's fullest and making change along the way.

I'm married to a beautiful woman and we have 3 awesome children (8, 4, 2yrs old) and I'm highly spiritual.  Nothing is better than being a dad and I couldn't be married to a more wonderful woman!!  Anyhow, here's to meeting some great people.
